Congratulations to Nicole for completing a long four year quest to earn her 1st Degree Black Belt. In addition to her demonstration of all of the required techniques she expressed a thorough and indepth understand of the fundamental principles of Jiu-Jitsu in her essay "Jiu-Jitsu...A Way of Life" which she read at the end of her test. It has been a tremendous joy training her and an honor to present her with her Black Belt.
